Refund & Return Policy 

We aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolates and the unique nature of our gift items, our refund policy is as follows:

Chocolates: Refunds are not available for chocolates, as they are perishable items. Once dispatched, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your chocolates arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lachocolat.biz. within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photograph(s), for better understanding and assistance. We will provide you with the following options:

1.    Replacement: A fresh batch of chocolates will be sent to you.
2.    Original Payment Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, which will be reflected in your account within 7-10 working days.

Gift Items (Non-Perishable): For non-perishable gift items, refunds are only available if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, and you can choose from:
1.    Replacement: The same item will be re-delivered.
3.    Original Payment Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, which will be reflected in your account within 7-10 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
